Keep Calm and Have a Dialogue!

  It is not always easy to find an understanding between people. We all have different personalities and different ways of expressing ourselves. Dialogue is not about finding agreement. It is about being respectful towards each other and trying to find common ground, understanding each other’s views and finding ways of enriching our own perspectives. In a snap:  Aims and objectives:  to introduce the issue of dialogue as a basic skill in everyday settings through presentations and group discussions. The focused settings: workplaces, schools, volunteering, libraries and social media. Expected (learning) outcomes: Awareness  of the need for everyday dialogue and the essence of dialogue as a basic skill for adults.
